Doesn't sound that way at all when you listen to the garbage Trump's butt kissers and MAGA clowns are spewing about every single one of his indictments. I do know one thing though. Trump is a compulsive liar. That's been proven by thousands of fact checks for years.

trump whines about how cold the courtroom is. Now he complains it starts too early (9am) and ends late in the evening (if you look at the clock on this clip, its 4:29pm). Brutal for an old, feeble man I guess. He gets tomorrow off (to, ahem, attend his son's graduation). Final arguments start Tuesday.

Cuomo is good on News Nation, IMO he is fair and regularly has on people who may not agree with him. I know you say you want unbiased news but you always say the same talking points as every maga person out there, but hey, if that's what you say OK

Place your bets on whether or not he goes to Barron's graduation.

    He won't

The lawfare of recent years has opened my eyes to how much judges restrict defendants from presenting evidence for their own defense

So where was this concern when we’ve had several cases of black men being railroaded through courts?

It’s amazing to listen to people who only realize how courts work when it’s a wealthy white politician having to go through the justice system.

Legal expert Charlie Kirk saying the prosecution just lost their case? I think that we should all except on Monday morning the prosecution to drop all charges.

He doesn't give a damn about blacks being railroaded. Come on man, have you ever seen him call injustice and dirty play in defense of a black man or woman? Have you ever seen him post about wrongfully accused black people non-stop?

Black people are about seven-and-a-half times more likely to be convicted of murder than innocent white people. That applies equally to those who are sentenced to death and those who are not.

    • A major cause of this disparity is the high homicide rate in the Black community, a tragedy that kills many Black people and sends many others to prison. Like the
families of those who are killed, innocent defendants who are falsely convicted are victims who are deeply harmed by murders committed by others.

    • In addition, Black people who are convicted of murder are about 80% more likely to be innocent than other convicted murderers.

trump's daily whine about how cold the courtroom is. A couple of suggestions for the dainty moth... (1) wear a sweater or coat (2) schedule your campaign events on the two or three days the court isn't in session, and (3) quit breaking the law.
