By a 7-2 vote, the USSC rejected a constitutional claim brought by a coalition of payday lenders who had won before a panel of three Trump appointees on the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

A great win for the Consumer Protection Agency that was created during Obama's 1st term, after the successful bailout of the bandrupt Finance industry. at the urging of then-law professor Elizabeth Warren
