Some interesting commentary in the Jerusalem post

Why did the Jews move around so much?

Contrary to the popular conception, it is argued that in the following the Babylonian exile, Jews did not experience expulsions or forced exiles.
Throughout the millennia, Jews moved from country to country – and sometimes from continent to continent – more often than others. Why?Professor Robert Chazan of New York University, a leading Jewish historian, addresses this question in his book Refugees or Migrants: Pre-Modern Jewish Population Movement. In easily understandable language without academic jargon, Chazan discusses Jewish migrations over the sweep of Jewish history, from the Bible to the 18th century. He concludes that Jews usually emigrated not because they were exiled or expelled and not because they were fleeing from persecution. They were not refugees but migrants, looking for economic opportunities and a better life. He makes the point convincingly (and repeatedly).

Absolutely do not search Rafah on Twitter right now. There are images from Israel’s initial bombing that should never be seen.

All biden did was demand Israel have a evacuation plan for 1.4 million people and everyone is freaking out. It's crazy how isrsel thinks they're obligated for infinite aid with no strings attached @Nook

@LosPollosHermanos trump would never put a red line against Israel. The only "cuck" is your boy trump

    Yes.

Now he needs to stop holding Israel back and let them finish the job.

You think it's okay for israel to have NO evacuation plan or aid for 1.6 million people in the city?

Israel has to properly sent up camps and tents with aid if they wanna invade.

Mission failure. Eliminating Hamas in this manner doesn't eliminate or even reduce the threat. What a disastrous campaign if this was truly the mission.

I disagree , but will give Biden faint props here. Remember, this has gone on 7 months and he has been outed as doing whatever bibi wants in private

Trump is a pos, but a self serving pos. He understands that to serve himself it’s not good politics. He threw Bibi under the bus 1 week in, he was the first person to do so and caught some fire. I can’t say for sure what he would do though so yea that’s a point ther

Nd that's only a limited bombing in a specific neighborhood. If the IDF did a full scale invasion into rafah you're looking at 200k+ dead.
