Derrick White's growth in Boston has been beautiful to watch. His first year there, he was not 4th quarter material. Most of his damage was during the first half and he faltered under pressure in crunch time. His second year, he started making a big impact in crunch time. This year, he is a weapon when they need him most. Very steady and the moment does not affect him at all. He is proof that a lot of NBA player do not peak in their mid-20s. Sometimes it takes a bit longer.
