I don't even believe Kobe was this dumb. This is why T-Mac is a better and smarter guard than Kobe - at least he knows when to throw in the towel. Also his bodyguards are as dumb as hell. Probably none of them finish high school. How can none of them raise the attorney issue for Kobe? Weird.

In closing, infidelity is issue an we deal everyday from our clergymen to our presidents down to littlelest person in our society. No one here should feign ignorance or holier than thou. I am married too but I fight this battle everyday because it is one I must win. That is the only crime I see in this whole Kobe thing - extra marital affairs. I pray his marriage survives. The painful truth about all of this is that it is very very hard to divorce a promiscuous lifestyle or extra marital affairs. I hope he is able to wipe his memory clean of those demonic images and rid himself of those hunting lustful pasts and move on with his family. There is always hope.

Do you mean all the "umms" and stuttering in the questioning or do you mean they asked stupid questions? Because if it is the former I think we all might not realize how stupid we would sound if every unnecessary syllable we spoke was typed out as we had a casual conversation.

 

They do sound stupid. All three of them. No doubt, but it's definately because both parties are editing the conversation before it get's to their lips. It's not free flow like when you are with your dawgs. There is lot of holding back happeneing which will cause awkwardness. It happens on first dates. You are afraid to tell the truth with a first date. And it makes it awkward.

I guess after hearing the audio, the "uhmms" and "errrs..." make sense, don't they? Just like Raven Lunatic said...if you wrote out every syllable in OUR conversations, it would look strange.

Once the detectives started asking about if there was sexual activity...you could tell by the detectives responses (not Kobe's; too much silence...) that they were trying to *calm Kobe down.* This is something that the text doesn't show very easily...

The moment that the detectives started to ask questions about any sexual activity, you could tell that Kobe was "freaking out" in the background (nervousness and possibly crying....)...

This is why all the "pauses, edits, inaudible, uhmms and oks...."
