Hmm. Why would Abreu's agent be going down there? Negotiating a buy out maybe? That seems really strange.

Diaz is at 0.7 WAR through 31 games. That is 12th in the majors among catchers. Is it perfect? No - he can do better.

The better question is, can you do better? Highly unlikely.

Two Jeter impressions in two days. Can't wait for the short relay to get a guy at home today!

So, to speed up your bat, you weaken your muscles. I did not know that.

Not an expert but I think Weight lifting builds slow twitch muscle. So fast twitch muscles must be prioritized in workouts if a guy is bodybuilding but needs to keep the bat speed. It also can interfere w/ flexibility if the ratio of strength building to flexibility is not maintained and that also slips the bat.

This is right up Bagwell's alley.

    no muscular elasticity...

    couldnt agree more...

... need to get him on the rowing machine and/or get him driving golf balls off a tee / require some TopGolf...

(does the team even have a "core - abs/obliques/adductors" trainer or training programming??? did Houston lose someone relatively important in strength/conditioning during the winter/spring break???)

& get that man on some adderall / legal PEDs
