I do not see this ... seeing that the Astros sign Bregman and Tucker to long term deals ... and winning three WSs in a row :D

That one game went a LONG way for him! Good for him to make his money while he can but it's time we make a move to get some positive production from that position.

What happened to benintendi? I haven’t watched him play but his stats show he lost all his pop and can’t steal bases anymore.
    Was he injured?

The last time he took a break, he came back pretty good. Hopefully he can figure it out. He was good in the playoffs and good in spring training. Something weird is happening with him.

To Abreu's credit, he didn't have to agree to that.

He could have said cut me or keep me. But I'm sure he knows better than any of us how much he's hurting the team

Couldn't Bagwell send him to a hand doctor? ...too soon?

Now West Palm Beach has to deal with Abreu. Maybe Baggy will admit the signing was a bad one.

20K Cubans should pack the facility in WPB

Marlins see that and trade for him.

…last line is absolute gold. Can’t make this **** up…!!!

Seems like the buck just got passed… Bags & Abreu have a shot at redemption & Htown will climb aboard that wagon when it’s evidentially clear they both prove everyone wrong. I hope it happens, but I’m also a realist who doesn’t live in the past.

As bad as he's been, he's still doing what he can to help the team win. All you can ask.

I just gained a lot of respect for Jose Abreu. You know how hard that has got to be? And he's a proud dude from an extremely proud culture. Admitting he needs help with his game, as obvious as that is, is a pretty big deal for a guy like that. This is about the best case scenario under the circumstances.

I mean how crazy is it a Hall of Famer would try to help a player fix their swing. Such a weird thing to do...to have a Hall of Famer try to help.

And what train would that be? I’m aware of Bagwell’s part in signing Abreu. Doesn’t change the fact that he is, once again, a Hall of Famer and he might just have some decent insight.

People say it ironically now, but I sincerely wish Abreu well and do hope he can find his way back. But, it will be hard. Aging is a son of a b****.
