TMac will get a couple 40+ games, but I don't see any 50point games this season. If you look at TMac clips, he gets most of his points just by just pulling up behind the arc and letting them rip, even with people in his face. I don't see JVG allowing TMac to just pull up whenever he wants. We all know JVG isn't an offensive coach and that TMac won't lead the league in scoring. But I think JVG needs to follow what the Lakers did 2-3 years ago: Dump the ball to Shaq and when he goes to the bench, let Kobe do his thing. Dump the ball to Yao everytime when he is in. Milk Yao as much as you can and when he sits, let TMac take over. TMac scores majority of his points by just doing what he wants, so when Yao sits, let TMac be TMac. I thought JVG should have done this with Francis/Yao, but he didn't.
he may do this with tracy because tracy is a good playmaker and a smarter basketball player than francis and francis being our pg had the main responsibility to set up and run the offense tracy wont have to do that for the majority of the time. i think there will be a game where tracy gets 50 this year. yao will get 48 and a 49 game but wont crack fifty during the reg season. (but watch out he is gonna go off in the playoffs for a 50 game)
