You shouldn’t be able to use it if it’s someone else’s even if it’s registered to the car. You are not handicapped. Walk your b**** ass to the door.
That one really annoys me, especially when the person getting out of the car looks like they they just came from the gym. Some people just don't give a damn about anyone else. If you can walk, save that space for people in wheelchairs, or the ones with severe health problems, who are too weak or fragile to walk far. The others need to just walk their lazy ass the extra yards from another spot. That goes double for the ones who look like they need to walk off about 50 pounds to begin with and aren't even close to 60 yet.

You can actually take a course with the city and get the power to ticket people who abuse handicap spots. Volunteer Parking Enforcement Program You can actually even take the class online. I have no direct experience, but every time I see some a-hole without a tag in a handicap spot, I wish I did.
