Is it too much to ask for a win going into an off day?

Fans are reduced to just being happy the bullpen gets an extra day of rest.

Pathetic, but this is where we are.

Abreu and Montero were signed by Jim Crane and Jeff Bagwell.

James Click does not believe in overpaying for Free Agents. James Click traded for Yainer Diaz, Phil Maton for Myles Straw (Now Released).

If the Astros are really Out of the Postseason. Time trade Alex Bregman and Framber Valdez ( Arm could be blown out at any time this season) get as many Top Talent as Possible.

Maybe Justin Verlander maybe gets traded, Too much money.

Kyle Tucker has the Best Value to Trade.

Astros need to make some Major Changes. Jose Abreu literally is wasting at bats and isn't productive or a positive in his at bats.

1B Joey Loperfido must play Full Time for the Astros. Joey Developing in the Majors this Year will help him for Next Year.

Astros fans are turning on Jim Crane and his golf buddies quicker than Titanic. It’s gonna get worse if this doesn’t turn around anytime soon. Changes need to be made. Attendance might not hit hard this year but it definitely will next year.

How do u come to that conclusion? He should have plenty of fire in his belly for the next big contract after this season. Maybe not 300M but if he has a good year, he should be able to get 175-200M. As of right now,
    I wouldn’t even give him 5yrs/100M.

I don't know about that. He's not doing himself any favors for that next contract though.

This weekend had such promise, on Friday I thought we turned it around when JV had a quality start and the pen did what they're supposed to do, it was beautiful. Then Sat just ripped my heart out and Sunday we were back to reality.............talk about a roller coaster. How long will they keep Abreau and Singleton at first, not that difficult to work around that hot mess, Abreau can't catch up to anything over 90 and Singleton is a minor league player at best. Pena has been a huge surprise; his new swing is working, and I see some fire in that young man. Here I thought the 7-8-9 inning would be a walk in the park for our relievers and it's been an absolute nightmare. And then were not getting key hits and our lack of hits at the right time is just astounding. Finally, Hunter brown is like Jekyll and Hyde, dude has the stuff but man can he get sideways in a hurry................not giving up but something needs to change or we will have this same outcome all year

Have you not been reading this board. There is like an entire page before this that talks about how he doesn't have any life in the dugout and is a robot.

I remember when Bregman quit drinking soda (dr. Pepper). He gave up his go to soda and was gonna come out and nail it. Offseason he woked hardest of em all. So dividends will be due very soon, agreed?

It's a mistake to quit drinking Dr. Pepper. Drinking a lot of it worked for Phife Dawg.

I remember when I gave up heroin. Then I found Christ. Pretty similar to what Bregman went through. :)

It isn't about the stats it is about the attitude. He use to be cocky and emotional (staring into the camera after homeruns, etc). Now it is all just vanilla. No emotion, no fun.

S.Boras will do that to you. Too much info feeding about money and money is looking like he abandoned Houston. He knows he ain't coming back, he needs a jolt to shake off his mind of 2025.
