As a Rocket fan I’m happy the Warriors are out and maybe all but done as a relevant franchise moving forward for a while.

They have denied us an opportunity at a championship many times over the last 10 years that I have to think that if we had only kept our core team from 17-18, we would have probably won a championship by now seeing as the Warriors start of their downfall started pretty much after Harden left. They only had that one good championship year two years ago since Covid.

I've been a day 0 Keon Ellis truther, wanted the Rockets to get him in the 2022 draft. Went undrafted in the end and the Kings got themselves a 3&D guard for cheap.

(Projected that AJ Griffin and David Roddy will be busts in the same post, they are. But also thought Kennedy Chandler was the best point guard prospect in the draft, as I didn't like TyTy Washington much. Chandler's 6 foot frame proved too big of a hindrance at the NBA level, although he did ok in the G League this year.)

Most satisfying non-Rockets moment of the year! Love it and as a team they just looked lost, stepping out of bounds in the 4th and Klay just biting his lips. RIP Warriors, the era is over.

Love to see the Warriors demise, but I'll always have some love for CP3. I'm still holding out hope that he can win that ring someday. He's almost certainly gone this offseason. Dude should just hop on the Jokic train and head to Denver.

I don't think there's anything Harden, Paul, Gordon or Capela have done since then that should make you think this is true.

    I wouldn't . . . .. . I hope they do though
I want him to be an albatros contract for that team for years to come
    BUT
I'm sure some moron team like Atlanta will want to pair him with Trey or some such nonsense

We have to keep them out of the play-in next year. We have to. I want the Rockets to sweep the series with them.

Couldn't have written a better script for a Warriors loss. They are done!

Klay is obviously gone but he may have cost himself a lot of money last night.

Klay and Ariza are not the same player. Klay actually is one of the best shooters to ever play, no?

100% warriors keep klay but it’ll be for a lot less money so they can sign a star. Need 2 young stars. Lebron has AD and D-Lo. Jokic has Murray and Gordon. Durant has Booker and Beal.
