Just saw that Jamal Shead was voted B12 Male Athlete of the Year. Great honor for him as the respect keeps rolling in. Hope later today his name gets called in the first round of the NBA draft. Most experts expecting him to drop to second round. I will be pulling for him and following the team that end up lucky enough to have him on their team.

Rockets had their chance. Traded pick right before pick Toronto used to acquire Jamal Shead. I am now possibly a Toronto Fan; contingent on Shead getting decent playing time there. Hopefully more than Jarace Walker got in his first year with Indiana.
Wait? What? I didn't know this was already happening. 2nd/3rd team PG Shead would have, to me, looked pretty good on the Rox (or any team honestly)
From what I have been reading on a different site Shead should get chance for decent playing time as Toronto has no true point guard. Needs to work on his 3pt shot and will be tested against bigger stronger players than he is used to playing against. Wishing him the best.
Did not know where to put this but Rob Gray and Fab White took over and led Forever Coogs to win in semifinal game in TBT tournament. Winner of tournament gets $1 million. Final is Sunday at 1pm on FOX. Great game and effort from mostly UH alimni. Eat em up!!!!
