This was an absolute flaming bag of dog ****. Avoid it at all costs. Completely pointless sequel and contributed nothing to a classic franchise. So disappointed.
I wanted to like it a lot more than I actually did, the movie is all over the place in terms of focus and story. It could have been better if they'd settled on a main storyline but more than anything its not nearly as fun as it should be. C+ from me....
Aykroyd and Hudson are in for extended portions, Murry and Potts pop up in the third act to throw around quips but that's about it....
I enjoyed it. Not sure why some aren’t liking it. I thought the story was solid. New types of ghosts that are pretty cool. More action than the last film. I liked the acting and the humor was there. Pains me to say Murray was probably the worst part of the movie for me. Totally cashed it in. Solid B for me.
I guess the franchise has run out of juice. I thought the movie was enjoyable enough and overall entertaining. Rudd was a little muted from his normal self. All of the story lines were abbreviated in general, but I get it. Odd Spangler “angst” was forced for no meaningful reason
