Yeah...I agree FWIW..he could have gotten his point across and still won the game in the 4th by making changes to the lineup with the starters back in...JMO
I 100000% agree. If I, or probably any of us on the forum were Jalen Green, I’d have seen the roster the Jazz were running out and tried to hang 50 on them. If that happens, the Rockets pretty much HAVE to offer a big extension based on optics. With this shitty game, and if he has two more shitty games, there’s not really an incentive for the Rockets to offer anything substantial, since we have another year to wait and see. But hey, less money for Green means a deeper team, so that’ll be good for us too. And maybe a motivating factor for him, idk
But hey, I did catch one break tonight....I saw the score of the Astros game and saved time watching even highlights (lowlights) of that. When it rains it pours, right ?
This was just a horrible game and effort from everyone except FVV. Coach Ime keep crying about effort and while that is true part of the loss is also him being asleep on the wheel.
I’m ready to leave this day behind for tomorrow…and it’s only 12:30pm where I’m at this is what loving the Rockets can do to a man.
In my opinion they already achieved 40 wins and that it was a decent season with warts .... it is what it is.....still a success. It is 39 but you know.....
You can't force someone to give a **** or to care if they don't give a **** or don't care. I'm not so sure that the Udoka Green combo is going to work.
Two games left you may as well sit the vets. Just play the rookies and bench guys, let them get their run and do them a solid to get some stuff on tape for their careers. Getting to .500 has no magical value here.
By your logic, if he is really a star, stars also put good numbers in games they do not feel like themselves...... And there are tons of players that have star like moments.......somewhere in between.
