Because Francis averaged a whopping 13 shots a game! Therefor he must be an arrogant, egotistical ballhog! Forget what his teammates say, the people at this board know him so much better. And long live T-Mac's "unselfish" 23 shots a game!
Actually, I like Steve as a person, I've never once criticized him as a person. And I definitely don't see him as egotistical or anything else some others seem to see in him with blind hate (Dada ). It's all towards his play, all I've ever criticized. I wish him well myself. And everything I said above was all in light, just jokes based on factual aspects of his game. He has dribbled the ball of his foot a few times in his career. He has dived into crowded lanes, fearlessly of course, throughout his career, infact it's one of his patented plays. And many a times it resulted in a turnover as he has an inconsistent finish. Can't deny the man does love to dribble, before thinking of or knowing what to do afterwards. And heh, on numerous occassions during gameplay, I have seen him pull off a fantastic crossover, so much so that it'd confuse even him, causing the defender to quickly recover. As for Cat, I hated to see him go, but it was all for the best. And yes, long live T-mac.
this may seem kind of lame (well it is pretty lame) but when I played in high school, we had a nick name for our one teammate who over dribbled, took stupid shots, and didn't pass as much as he should have: "The Black Hole" .......the ball goes in, but it never comes back out .....
....I think it's time to call for a TO! Seriously I wish Steve and the other guys the best of luck in Orlando.
