I have a stance. I know what sengun is made of. You don't even know what you are believing in. If Tari has 5 good games in a row you are going to entertain the idea of us getting rid of jg and sengun to build around Tari.

I'm just glad Alpi is nowhere near as sensitive and thin-skinned as the people who overreact to literally everything. It literally feels like they're looking for stuff to be pissed about, at times.

Nasty work. Clipping Udoka in response to questions about Alperen Sengun's return to the Rocket's starting lineup... after a scary injury during a playoff push... to suit an agenda. Obviously, you'd take a look at Alperen off the bench after an injury like that, just like you would with Steph Curry or Lebron James. But yeah, agenda-driven discourse. It's probably trolling on purpose, but that's just as shameful in its own right when it comes to a HOUSTON-DRAFTED stud, who has done nothing but work hard and take accountability for his weaknesses. (See the Sig...)

Let's also not forget Alperen's silly levels of dominance at different points this year. "That's who he is..." - Ime Udoka.

The same dudes that were pining to pay Mo Bamba to come in and start over Alperen Sengun because of his wingspan. I might not be a basketball savant, but godammit I knew that **** was wrong then, and I know that this **** is wrong now. :D

Still can't believe this is even a discussion. Wish the trade deadline hadn't passed. I woulda traded green right after he won player of the week. It's fools gold. Everytime we play anyone good he's gonna go right back to being trash. He takes the most ridiculous shots that he will never be a consistent player in the league. His value is back to being high. We need to sell.. His handle still isn't great and he turns it over too much. So he can score 30-40 points against the 3 worst teams in the league. Alpi woulda had 50 the way those teams were playing defense.

I've never seen a Rockets fan so perplexed that a Rockets player is having a player of the month calibre month in the NBA with one off game. Surely something has to be philosophically wrong for that to happen.

If it's fools gold we'll discover that very quickly and replace him. We're a rich team in the NBA, tons of assets and cap flexibility. Non-Rockets fans and articles are all leaning towards calling Brooklyn stupid for not trading Mikal Bridges to us for their two picks plus Fool's Gold. Don't worry, no one values him as poorly as you do so we're not in any danger with the asset.

Lucky you aren't Rockets GM. This team would be trash with you making basketball decisions

lol you don't even know what I would trade him for. You guys see these games against all these tanking teams and get someone excited. Where has he been for the first 50 games of the year. Dude is soft, I don't think he has the demeanor to become a super star. Just listen to the way he talks. I hate listening to him interview no one can understand him through all that damn mumbling and bumbling. He doesn't have that super star confidence that you would expect.

It's always the weirdos who hates on green for things not even related to bb. Soft, mumbles what's next he's too feminine for you?

The way you talk and conduct yourself is huge in a team sport. If you really want him to be great he has to be a leader. How can you lead when no one understands what you talking about? Most superstars in the league talk like they are the best player in the world. It's a mindset and mental thing. Jalen just seems to be weak mentally. Like the Rockets will constantly have to baby him for him to play well. Any small amount of adversity and he's in his head. I feel like his improved play had more to do with Can being out and him knowing he had a longer leash.

I don't care about the painted nails, the baby mama, if he was feminine cuz that legit has nothing to do with basketball. Everyone can have their own style.

U can b great and b a sht leader, it's not a requirement to b both. Not all superstar fits the same mold, the faster u acknowledge this sooner u would realize that u are hating on green for the silliest things. U basically made up your own set of criteria for a superstar and r trigger green doesn't fit your ideal player.

U are basically roleplaying the armchair psychologist right here. Just focus on his impact playing bb and the stats. Man is putting up superstar like numbers for the month of march. If u are wary of it being a fluke due to him being inconsistent that's more reasonable than disliking green because he's isnt vocal or manly enough for u.

It's pathetic how y'all wait until now to post drivel like this. You didn't post when he had 37 against OKC or 26 against Cleveland or 32 against the sun. You sat quiet until the whole team had a bad game, THEN start posting again blaming Green. Do you have any concept of how sad that is?

You can look at my previous posts in any of the game threads. It's not about waiting. I said this whole time we need to play some real opponents before we pass judgement. I thought OKC game would be a good test but then SGA decided not to play. Difference in Suns game is that Alpi was playing and the suns defense was focused on stopping him. If anything it shows that Alpi and Jalen can play together. My issue is he's been absolutely horrendous for 50 games and he always turns it on every season the last few games and tricks us into thinking he's good. Then next season starts and we are right back to square one.

I hope he becomes great. I want him to be a star I just don't judge his greatness on games vs wizards, spurs, jazz, bench players who won't be in the league in a few years.

I've said all along this is a big week for Jalen. Mavs, Warriors, Timberwolves. Can he still play well?

How about you shut up then and let the season play out, rather than bring up moronic points like how he's "mentally weak" the first time the team had a bad game in the last 11?

I love how yall get so upset when anyone criticizes Jalen. Like I'm sorry your standard for a star is such a low bar that we will never win a ring. Critizing him doesn't mean he can't improve.

Like why would the last few games change my mind on him. Can you even name the players Utah, San Antonio and Washington trotted out vs us?

Of course I know who they trotted down. I’m an NBA fan. Sorry you’re too mentally weak to do the same.

I don’t care about criticism. I have criticized Jalen plenty. I care about dumb, unprovable criticism that is not quantifiable. Like the fact that you call him “mentally weak” after destroying 10 teams in a row. Or Bobby saying he thought Jalen would have a worse career than Corey Brewer. Or Downtown and his dumb avatar. Those are not criticisms. They are blatant trolling.
