A lot of our problem in the 2ndary last year was due to Pitre playing putrid in coverage. Free safety is a need to upgrade, and for sure the Texans are looking at what's out there. No way they let a rookie do it.
Truly feels like the Texans are exorcising their demons that have haunted them since 2002 and now we are about to enter the Golden Era a la 2017 Astros——— Now. What a time to be alive.
This is one of the strongest FA safety classes ever. Money is drying up. Nick will get a good one at a decent price.

There really is no verdict right now, his career thus far has been disappointing, but he has had his moments. He's basically a redemption type guy that is looking for a fresh start on a prove it type deal.
