I also like Lofton. Roster spot wise, we aren't getting any relief... right? So That means one of the Nates or Samuels would have to go, I guess? That would be acceptable. But also, Boban needs to get some burn and if he can't play he's gotta go. He looks fine, if slow as molasses every time I've seen him. Hard to say what it would look like with him playing meaningful minutes until you try it out.
I'd rather just play Jabari/Jock/Jeff. Don't think you are signing a rotation player better than those guys. I'd rather just give the minutes to Amen, If it really came down to it.
I feel like his knees are about to explode any second after every step he takes attempting to run or jump. He can't play consistent minutes.
