Okudah seems more like an ave CB to me. That's a spot I'd like to see upgraded to a higher level pass defender. Just not feeling great about it.
I'm pretty sure the Texans are close to capped out at this point. They have maybe a little cash left, but most of what is left is probably their draft slot cash.

By far the best off season in the NFL by any team. Bengals/Saints fan here. I absolutely love the Mixon move. I'm still baffled with why Cincy made the switch at RB as Mixon is one of the most dependable backs in the NFL.
