Whilst i think that you should be able to call someone a subhuman if he's laughing his ass off when his teammate is down, that wasn't the case yesterday imo. Jabari, Jalen and Fred were all concerned, helping him there. Maybe some of them thought it was just a simple ankle roll and wasn't there. It's obvious that ppl love Sengun.

Rockets need to be smart and end Alpi season. Even if he isn't badly injured, this injury can be re-aggravated. I would rather get higher draft picks than risk more damage to Sengun in a season that isn't guaranteed a spot in the playoffs. We can build a better team if we get a high lottery pick (or trading the pick).

Newsflash: Nobody was "evilishly smiling." Not a single player.

Some of you guys need to quit interpreting every little thing as being pro- or con-Sengun. It's just silly.

I would call him if he smiled.
    I bet he did not.
I am not talking about physical appearance. Nearly all basketball players and myself look like caveman. it is not a bad thing. If you read Yoval Noah Harari's Sapiens book you will notice that Cavemans were likely 14 % more able than current human beings indivudially (not performing as good as the current ones as a group). My favourite rugby player Sebastien Chabal nicknamed Caveman and it is a kind of compliment instead of insult.

What is wrong with being a caveman?

I expected Rockets players to be as human as Sabonis. Not asked them to be ubermensch.

Ask yourself how you would feel if someone compared, say, Jokic (saying he comes from a good family) to a “primitive” Sengun. I think you know the answer. You would be incensed. Be a man (unless you’re truly a child?) and acknowledge your mistake. Learn from it.

I couldn't get myself to watch the sequence (missed the game due to having to take my own daughter to urgent care), but I take everyone's word that the photos of Jeff Green and Dillon Brooks laughing while Alpi was carted off are misleading. If I understand it correctly, this is what @Ankara1923 is referring to. I saw some tweets in Turkish which seemed to question why they acted like that.

I think the bottom line is that without context the single screen cap is kind of meaningless. Hope your daughter is ok.

Great news but severely sprained ankle sounds awful.
