Dude I know.. radio this morning was saying “caserio won’t go for the big fish, not his style” like if you aren’t going to do it this year, then you never will, and the best players we ever have on this team will be the ones we draft. Which is sad, because having CJ making less than 10 mil a year and not taking advantage of that hurts… but we’ll just load up on B’s and C’s and hope a couple play like an A for a year, while KC 3-peats with the highest paid DT and a QB making like 50 mil. What do we know..

"Not his style" might be one of the most braindead takes possible. Look, he might NOT go for the big splash, but to imply that it's because of his history is asinine. When has Caserio ever had the cap space, the talent, and the expectations that he has this off-season?? Are they seriously implying that Caserio won't spend this off- season because he didn't spend when we were in cap hell and roster hell due to BOB's complete ineptitude the last 2 seasons??

I'm still holding out hope that Caserio is simply misdirecting media and running a tight ship. It would make almost no sense to go bargain hunting now when you have the means to significantly increase the talent AND it won't even come at an opportunity cost that's debilitating. Stroud isn't even due for a big extension for at least 2 if not 3 seasons.

Admittedly I haven’t watched as much of Pollard, but Swift’s ability to patiently move laterally and then make a cut and burst through the hole seems ideal for a zone scheme. Pollard seemed to really fall off this season when he became RB1.

To be fair, Pollard was coming off a pretty significant injury. If he comes cheap, I wouldn't hate it.

I am ok with Swift, but I think you could put a lot of RBs behind Philly's line and they would do well. Athletic MONSTARS ;) on that Philly line.

Is Pittman’s extension what we could expect for Nico?

Someone break down our FA plans for me. Are we supposed to sign any big pieces? Or are we hoping to reload in the draft again?

I haven't been the most up to date w/ FA in the NFL. More an Astros offseason guy.
