    Dudes,

My eye has been twitchin' for about 2 to 3 hours now. I don't know how to make it stop. WTF?

I am a pretty good GOOGLEr and found some help from some people who say it's lack of sleep, caffeine addiction, or just simply not enough sex... the latter can't be, because I already mast... er... ummm, well, that's not the case, anyway...

What can you tell me about making it stop???

Man, it's twitching like there's no tomorrow... it's twitching every few minutes or so, it's only my right eye, and it's a simple, yet not as bad as the COUNT on the Simpson's episode of when Homer had his mouth shut...

    HELP!

I had something like that for a lil while in my left eye, kinda a twitch, muscle contraction feeling, but on the side my eye ball... it happened for the first month I was working where I just sat in front of a computer most the day (though I did that before I started working too :p).
It happened for awhile, several weeks, and I thought it would never end. But I just realized after reading your post that it doesn't happen anymore... so maybe just go about your normal life and stop thinking about it and one day it'll disappear? :)

Gotta be careful where you point that thing, chalk it up as a life lesson or wear goggles to avoid splatter.

I always clean stuff up. Never leave a trace, I always say... :D
I don't wear contacts. This is in my lower eyelid, not above or around it.

You're too wound up. You need to relax yourself, and your eyes.

Close your eyes and meditate. Relax. Take some naps and catch up on your sleep. Give your eyes a holiday and go a day or two without TV or computer.

My optometrist told me its nothing by stress, It used to happen to my left eye constantly for a few seconds(40-50) and once or twice on my right eye. It occured every 5 10 minutes. After jst chillin for a few days, and removing my contacts for a couple days :) , it all went away.

Every once in a while the muscle under my left eye will start twitching right after I blink. It'll stop after a little bit, then once I blink again it'll start up.

I had this problem once and it and it lasted for several weeks and then just went away.

Just relax, knowing that eventually it will go away will probably help.

Lack of sleep can cause twitching

I can't!!! What am I going to do about CF.net??? I can't live without the preposterous trade suggestions...!!! ["What Am I Going To Do AbOut The PaPaYas!!!" - Kramer]

OK, this has to be the most confusing post ever.

Actually, sin-energy, he wears it but I tell him a crotch-guard won't do any good for my eyes.

But my other eye sleeps the same amount of time. How come THAT ONE is not TwItChIn'?

No way, tocayo. Can't be Cancer. I'm a Taurus.
