The last thing the Rockets should do is bring Kevin Porter Jr. back to this organization. His game doesn’t outweigh his baggage. Notice how no other NBA team has lined up to sign him after he was released by the Thunder.

It isn’t just this incident, either. He had issues in college, and when the Cavaliers gave his locker to a different player, he had such a tirade that they were willing to trade him for anything to remove him from their organization.

Meanwhile you worshipped a guy who drank himself out of the league......so much that you named yourself after him on a BBS.

Well yes, but that is because of the trade deadline, and that we don't know if Silver will put on any suspension, I suspect like 5 games or so based upon his plea deal....

Anyway, it ain't gonna happen, because our GM clutches his pearls and leaves us devoid of NBA talent. And regardless of what you think of KPJ he is a talented NBA level player - just ask Lebron, Lillard, K. Love...etc..etc...etc.

    Forgiveness is divine !

NBA teams had the opportunity to sign him before the trade deadline and chose not to do so. This has nothing to do with forgiveness. Porter Jr.’s issues far outweigh his ability to contribute to an NBA team. I wouldn’t expect him to ever play in the league again. This domestic violence issue was his final strike after his college issues and the temper tantrum he threw in Cleveland after his locker was given to another player.

Not only that, the last thing this young Rockets’ team and Udoka need is Porter Jr. in their locker room.

Green has to go at this point. He's been outplayed by guys off the bench all season.

With that said, Stone's seat has to be scorching hot as well. Terrible asset management and leadership.

Obviously DD knows better than 30 NBA general managers and their scouting staffs.

Obviously if we just forgive KPJ, his constant pattern of antisocial behavior will stop.

Perhaps he would also learn how to run NBA plays as a point guard.

It’s well documented how much worse the team is with him on the floor. I realize they want to maximize their investment in him, but they are dragging down the value of everyone else. Cut your losses and embiggen everyone else on the team.

Shot take score 7.4. I was very very young in championship years and young-sh during Francis “era”. Never worshipped but he was ok.

I have nothing to forgive him for. He didn’t do anything to me. I just don’t want him taking a spot here.

Why would you forgive beating up a woman? It's not like it's his first time

You'll go to the end of the earth to defend that piece of trash.

He's got talent but he's inable to put it together because his basketball iq is non existent

I don't think it's fair to involve @Clutch in this. It's not his responsibility to babysit @DaDakota and his erroneous take on KPJ

Francis was an alcoholic. He wasn't hurting anyone but himself. KPJ is just a trash person in general

    100%

He plays better when he's pissed off.

He needs to stop shooting when he cools off, but he definitely plays better on both ends when he's upset. Visibly more locked in.

He took 28 shots and missed 18 of them which is not good. He did shoot better from 3.

Hmmm. Is that true? Maybe after chunking so many 3's all month he finally got lucky for a change. I'm not reading anything into why Jalen does anything. I just know his monthly averages are worse than 39 other shooting guards in the league, and most of the players on our team.

    That’s a pretty common misconception.
There are people around alcoholics that suffer such as family and friends.

Maybe, but we're talking about you and let's face it:
Your takes are giant turds and your KPJ worship is beyond deplorable; it's downright annoying.

I guess they thought this would be Jalen's breakout year, and their shining star teenage prospect would take that big leap forward. They can't let go, and keep starting him over and over, and his shooting has gotten worse and worse. He still loses the ball too much as well. They are stubborn old mules trying to save face from their decisions, still hoping they were right, and it's not looking good for any of them.

That's nothing new though. He always takes a lot of shots to get his score up, even with his really bad shooting percentage. Hopefully he doesn't start taking 17 3's more often now. That could really get ugly to watch, as bad as his averages are. People would have to wear body armor for protection from all those flying bricks.
