    Loved Claptrap in B3.

    Will watch. Probably repeatedly.

Because video game moves always critically acclaimed and commercially successful.

Looks really good, nails that Guardians of the Galaxy vibe. Cate Blanchett cleans up real nice-like.

    Kevin Hart looking like 50 Cent's mini-me.

Maybe this will be the first good movie Eli Roth has ever done

Were Rob Zombie and Ewe Boll the Executive Producers?

Getting "found family" vibes where the real vault treasure was the friends we made along the way.
Despite the source material pre-dating Guardians of the Galaxy, its gonna have its work cut out trying to shed the knockoff label.

Also something about the sets, costumes, and characters feels too..clean?

Cate Blanchet as the lead is a bold move. Across the board the casting isn't exactly what I'd expect outside of Jack Black as comic relief.

Without Blanchett, this might be really not good.

As usual, **** the 'critics'. I want audience score.

This is projected to bomb at the box office, mostly because it's going up against Deadpool & Wolverine and is the same demographic. Unfortunate timing.

Still, I think fans will go see it and it will probably get some good streaming numbers. Cate Blanchett is a 'serious' actress who can pull off super sexy when she wants to (see Thor Ragnarok).

Folks, this dude is almost never wrong when posting takes on movies.

Metacritic scoring it under 30 right now. That is indeed pretty bad.

    NY Post:
"Unfortunately, for the time being, the star of “Tár” and “Blue Jasmine” is stuck as the lead of the worst movie of the year — a grueling, 102-minute endurance test..."

    :D
