Ha! At this particular juncture, that’s probably true. I looked at BPM, and Cam is #2, Amen is #4 (200 minutes, min). Was surprised, TBH… https://www.basketball-reference.com/draft/NBA_2023.html Added: Dale Davis’ 24 year-old boy is #3… second-to-last pick in the entire draft… These legacy kids always seem to do well and way outperform their draft position. Front Offices should start paying attention. Henderson is the trashiest of the entire draft for guys getting playing time. I predicted it, and some were questioning me here, but the guy gives D.Nix level production…
Just stop……only one person on this site has verifiable OPs from before the draft (one titled “No Worries…Rockets Will Take Cam”) pleading for the Rockets to take Cam at number 4 (for some it was sadly over Amen). Go back and look. Common reactions, per usual, were to flame me and call Cam out for not passing and being selfish, but I defended him to death and predicted that the Rockets would take him. Ended up right, but just 16 picks later .
I was sucking him off on Reddit defending him against the ones who were calling him a generational ball hog because of his comical assist to turnover ratio. I was driving that train.
Were’t you saying Tari should start while some of us were saying to pushing for Cam cause he’s better and skillset is a fit with the starters?
We’re all arguing whether he’s 2nd or 3rd in the draft and the moronic NBA won’t even allow Cam to play in their Rising Stars game! They need to right this wrong asap.
That's why you collect the asset to give yourself a chance. Luck is when talent meets opportunity or something like that.
