Handles are the one aspect of the game that player don’t dramatically improve at this level. He’ll never have the handles to attack from perimeter like Ant. I said the same thing about the people making the DWade comp. DWade handles were tighter to the point he could run an offense

He’d go #2 in a redraft with Amen going 3. WTF.

They remind me of VC and Tracy McGrady at Toronto. We got so ****kng lucky.

Was at a work event and missed the game. this montage made me unbelievably happy. Our 2023 draft is freaking amazing.

I can't even imagine how good he is going to be if he's playing like this after only 25 NBA games. What a fantastic pick he's turning out to be.

It's unbelievable that he fell to 20. I'm sure a lot of GM's are pissed off passing up on him. Lol !

I can’t believe no one took him until 20 even with reports during the freaking draft that the rockets were trying to trade up to get him at around pick 14-15. You think a team would be like “hey why does this team want cam so bad? We should take a second look at cam”

At the time Stone's rep was that he did not know how to run the front office well. The fact that we were interested in likely lowered his stock. Their loss our gain.

My gripe against Stone is how he ran the team, not much else. I continue to believe it's inexcusable how dysfunctional he allowed the Rockets' culture to become. Honestly, I don't blame Victor for the disrespect he showed during the draft lottery.

Now that the Rockets have a power coach who controls the players side of the equation, Stone's massive weakness is hidden. He can focus on what he does well: Trades and drafting.

We did get luck but give credit where credit is due. Kudos to Stone for picking him. Sure, he deserves criticisms for other stuff but gotta be fair

Did anyone else see this stat? There haven't been many teenagers in NBA history with better starts. By the way, the scoring record for a teen in the NBA is Clifford Robinson, who scored 45 (Detroit Pistons, 1980). That record could fall any time.

Cam is exactly what the starting lineup needs to give AS space. He is being doubled and unfortunately JG and Jabari don’t spread the floor well enough or cut.

A good starting lineup for me would be
    Sengun
    FVV
    Brooks
    Cam
    JG

Jabari can play a bigger role with Amen, Tate , Unc
