This team looked like **** the past few weeks before he rolled his ankle - they just aren't as good as they looked back in November/December.

The #2 defense thing was based on a lot of good shooting luck.

Now they're giving up 136 (124 in regulation to the league's most putrid offensive squad in Portland.

I know the absences of Eason and Brooks and Smith has some impact, but a lot of it seems like open shots going in that previous!y missed.

 

He's had a couple bad games for sure, but he's still averaging over 38.9% from behind the arc the past 13 games and was over 41% from behind the arc for the month of December.

 

Tough loss. But me and my wife did appear on the big screen. So you know, you guys can make a gif or something. I'm wearing an army green rain jacket with a red rockets hoodie and a black and red baseball cap with the championship era logo. She's wearing all black with a short bob haircut - black. She's way too hot to be with me. Shoudln't be hard to find.

 

Our defensive raring for the month of January is 118.2, 15th in the league.

We were #2 in December with a 113.1 rating.

22nd ranked offensive rating in December at 114.5 and 20th ranked in January at 112.9.

Not a good month of bball

 

Was Udoker's honetown team.

 

Jalen had 31, so that was a net 0.

I think if Jabari is healthy, we win.

Hate to say this, but at the end of Q4 and OT, Ayton killed us.

Progress is not linear. we are not nearly the defensive team that we looked like the first 20 or so games. we will surpass our wind total for the last three years next week. Things are going OK

TS percentage isn't a great stat. 50 per cent fg is still 50 per cent. 24 shots because he played more game time than normal because of players not playing and overtime. He took most of them in the first half as well. If he went 24-24 it still wouldn't be good enough for some people.

 

Well…that sucked.

 

That 2nd half was ****. My 6 year old was pissed off after that loss, even he could see they were playing like trash.

And why do we let a 3 point shot get off when up by 3, just foul to take away that equation.

how about 10 of his shots go to the better players.

Or at least the guy shooting much more efficiently than him.

I wonder if just one of those shots effects going to OT. Let alone 10.

Jalen wasn't the only problem tonight. To say we would've been blown out without him though is peak hilarity.
