    Off his rocker.

Did anyone see this ? Zell Miller couldnt hear what Chris Matthews was saying I guess, and was getting all flustered for the softest balls of questions Matthews asked. It was a little disturbing actually. How can a man who can get that angry be a leader in our senate.

    Scary!

Yeah I saw that. It was hilarious. The most entertaining thing about the convention yet was the exchange with Zell Miller.

Tonight Rudy told CHris Mathews he would sponsor the duel for charity using some sort of fake weapons.

On the Daily Show, Stephen Colbert challenged John Kerry to a duel just now, with Ed Helms as his second. It was hilarious.

Say guys, did anybody see the bit on Zell Miller on "The Daily Show" with John Stewart? Man that was some funny stuff tonight. Even Senator John McCain (R-Arizona) seemed visibly embarrassed by Miller's antics and even suggested that maybe that Democratic Presidential Nominee Senator John Kerry (D-Massachusetts) had killed Miller's dog!

I just wanted to be able to get that off my chest! Nobody take it the wrong way! ;)

Sam, I almost made a joke at another posters expense here, but I held back. It wasn't easy. I'm sorry that your other thread about a comedy show was somehow turned into an argument.

don't worry about the other thread - it was funny and the gop has been well represented on the show.

TDS is not a left wing propagana outlet - anyone who bothers to watch the show or hear Stewart in non-DS interviews knows that he is not anti-Bush - he is anti-news media. He is mocking the media for passing gossip instead of looking out for the public interest

... at least that is what is said on Nightline

btw - he makes fun of bush b/c bush is the president - he did the same thing to Clinton when he was in power

Please do enlighten me with this comment. I unfortunately do not have a sense of humor for triple bypass heart surgery, something that can end a person's life if done unsucessfully, versus a play on words: zelldom and seldom/ overzealous and overzellous.

I think he was either trying to tell me I'm not funny. (in which case all I can say is I was working within the parameters of the context in this thread, don't expect A+ material)

Or he thinks Bill Clinton having a heart attack is funny.

Either way it was in poor taste.
