boring speech, full of empty promises and vague details why didn't he mention the other domestic issues he has tried to rally around in the past year? where was a call for his mission to mars? where was his call for immigration reform? where was his call for fighting steroids? Actually I don't believe that all politicians are equally guilty of this. What part of Bush's record has been distorted or was told as a half truth by Kerry? There may well be some, but I haven't seen any documented. Bush's campaign keeps spreading the BS about Kerry not wanting to fund the troops and cutting 1.5 Billion from Intel. Those claims have been laid open, and aren't true. Bush's waffles and flip flops include - Being against the creation of a homeland security until polls said it was a good idea. Being against the 9/11 commission until pressure from victim's families caused to change his mind. Bush said Condi Rice wouldn't testify, and then after public outcry Condi did testify. Bush waffles all the time. The only difference is that Kerry thinks getting more information and changing your mind when the facts are different is a good thing. Plus as I said the not voting for the 87 billion to support the troops isn't correct, and not a flip flop at all anyway.
mc mark.. I support Bush, and that won't change.. I think the speech he gave last night was good enough to impress enough people. I do agree with the content etc in it, but there are enough people that don't even care about the issues that much.... and the fact that the speech was pretty well delivered alone will get a few of those votes...

mc mark.. Hope that came out right, I care about the issues myself.. I'm speaking of the fact that there are enough people who don't care enough about the issue etc to research and would base who they vote on based on how well the speech was given etc... on both sides... I looked at the issues long ago and made a decision, which is why most of these back and forth arguments over little things that happened 30 years ago etc. wont' influence me as much as they will that casual voter who doesn't care to take the time to look into any issues
if you gave a quiz to people on the canidates opinion on issues. .. as they left.. I wonder how many would pass..
