Heart - Jupiter's Darling You know, I would have never thought about getting this record if I hadn't seen it in Tracks Magazine. I was never a big Heart fan, though I think Ann Wilson has an amazing voice and some of their earlier stuff is pretty damn killer, but this is a seriously rockin' record. Seemed to have gone back to their 70's roots and away from the cheese of the 80's. Fancey - self-titled Found this in the same mag. Mrs JB is loving it too. Straight up 70's pop stuff. Tesla - Mechanical Resonance Tears for Fears - iTunes Originals Collection of interviews, old/new songs and re-makes done for iTunes. Sting - Bring on the Night A new acquaintence of mine and I were talking about this one yesterday. I had almost forgot how killer it is. Now, I just have to find an MP3 of the FILM VERSION of I Burn For You, which included one of the most amazing drum solos you'll ever hear. Unfortunately, the disc version had no solo. It was only in the movie, but it was released as a B-Side to Love is the Seventh Wave on 45 (yes, that's vinyl for you young-uns ). I'm assuming no one has that?
U.N.K.L.E. - "Do Androids Dream Of Electric Beats" Shel Silverstein - "Freaking At The Freaker's Ball", "The Great Conch Train Robbery", "I'm So Good, I Don't Have To Brag" and a bunch of his misc poetry

Funny, I was the same way at first. It took me a couple of listens to really start digging it, but now it is one of my favorite albums of theirs. It will be hard to ever top Mezzanine in my opinion, but this is still a great listen.
Jimi Hendrix - Tulsa, OK - June 7, 1970 Jimi Hendrix - New York Pop Festival - June 17, 1970 Jimi Hendrix - Filmore East - May 10, 1968 noticing a trend??
No Way. I have been into them since I was a kid (13) back in the early '80s. Their music hasn't really aged well. I still like their last album a lot though, GenX, I have it on vinyl but it is kind of scratched up because of 20 years of wear. I think I will listen to it tonight! Billy Idol was a very talented singer, I think he could of amounted to be much more if he wasn't such a rocker.
