This will be my first NFL playoff game attending. I've been to plenty regular season games never a playoff game. && I'm more juiced than Brian Cushing.
Saw a stat that said CJ is like 4th against cover Defenses and like 26th against man. The Browns play man so this is gonna be a test for CJ. He’s gonna have to decipher where the blitz is coming from and do it fast AF cuz the Browns front four will be coming hard. If they double Nico like I expect them it’s gonna be on Noah/Woods/Shultz to get separation and give CJ a window. Would love to see Motor in some passing plays too.
Early in the season, CJ ranked 4th in the whole league. Not a big sample size. A lot of his poor play against man was due to the Jets game. He didn't have any of his weapons.
I cannot believe Cushing was here 2009-2017. It feels like he only played here 4 years due to all the injuries he had. Dude got his knees and ankles shredded so badly.
I think it's 90% the winner goes to Baltimore. Just can't see the crippled Dolphins or Steelers winning.
No way. Both severe injuries were cheap shots. I wish they allowed certain steroids for injury recovery
I'm a little bit encouraged because we just played these guys not long ago. The more looks for CJ the better
But C.J. didn't play that game, so I'm not sure how that applies. I will say I like the fact that DeMeco got a first hand look at Flacco and that offense though. They will have to do everything they can to limit Cooper and Njoku. Make Flacco beat you with a short and intermediate attack, and hit him early and often.
