looks like that turkish vote is coming through strong. as long as Alperen can keep this nice scoring streak going he will be playing in the All-Star game.
First, I thought it would be way better after the campaign in Turkey. However just yesterday I realized that MOST of the people think it is a one-time voting. Whoever casual I asked, answered, Oh yeah I voted for him already! So this outcome is pretty normal.
Obviously Alpi is playing great and his 2nd half/OT performance was amazing. It's the mental part of the game that he can improve where he won't have lapses in his FT shooting. There is a going to be a learning curve when it comes to leadership, but I'm excited for the day that he brings last night's performance for the whole game.
NBA hyping our franchise player more than some of the most important Rockets influencers. Seeing that "Alpi to Cam" assist is super exciting. I want to see a TON more of that over the next years. Cam could become a combination of Jalen and KMJ in terms of being an Alpi assist target. This boy can finish!
Most of our Turkish campaigns wont result in votes as the system asks for membership and it is in English. even I was lazy at the beginning. I want him not to get into this allstar game. so that he pushes himself harder, gets more motivated. for the next step. the step for the elite.
I forgot, who was it that would have traded Sengun and Tari and the 4 and 20 pick to get Scoot Henderson?
Ime Udoka on Alperen Sengun: "We Still Think There’s Another Level He Can Take It To" Udoka's comments: It’s well deserved. Obviously, he played at a high level in some big wins that we had. The numbers have kind of been consistent across the board, and he took a little step up there. But I’m very happy for him. The work he’s put in, the attention to detail and the things he’s learned and the areas he’s grown this year, have been big. Obviously, it has a direct impact on our success. For him to take that step has been a huge thing. It’s a great accomplishment for himself, and we still think there’s another level he can take it to. We’re almost halfway through the season, and soon, we want to see that growth from him in the second half. The better he does, the more success we’ll have as a group. https://www.spreaker.com/episode/ro...&utm_source=widget&utm_campaign=episode-title
