TexasFudge still going great...Ive hooked up with a prestigious Country Club...Help!!

    I have been doing great and alot of my success has been in due to the people here at ClutchFans and I am sooo thankful to everyone who has tried my product. I have recently hooked up with an expensive Country Club who wants small mints in the shape of golf bags. We are talking about 2" tall and 1/2 ounce of fudge. He wants me to prepare 500 pieces every week. I have plastic molds that are exactly what im looking for. The problem is...The fudge sticks to the plastic and im having trouble getting it out without messing up the shape.

    I have called every Foundry (the business of hot metal) that I know of...hoping that they could make me a metal cookie sheet with 50 molds or cavities...as they are often called.

    Does anyone know of a Foundry or anything of the sort that could take my plastic mold and make an aluminum or cast-iron mold. This is a great chance to get my name out there and any help is sooo greatly appreciated.

    LOL i hope to get to that point very soon. I really love this stuff....everyone enjoys chocolate and you should see the girls that love it....:D Im telling every guy on this BBS...if you are looking for a girl or if you have someone in mind....get them a pound of this and they will be all yours LOL

    Maybe you should consider having your existing molds coated with a non-stick surface, like teflon?
