This game lasted an eternity because of that third quarter. The refs made the game choppy and essentially sapped all the rhythm our guys had in the first half. And yet…we still pulled it out with everyone shooting like crap on our starting 5 besides Jabari. This is the kind of growth I’m talking about, without Tari and the Villain! FVV managed the clock, Jalen played smart in the clutch, Alpi was dominant for stretches and Jabari will be the unsung hero yet again. This is a feel good win. Glad we didn’t waste three hours just to lose it to some unbalanced officiating and free throws. Lets ****ing go, Rockets!!!
The refereeing was either incredibly bad, or they had other reasons to be as awful as they were. Still, it’s a win.
