She was spot on. That speech yesterday didn't win him any voters. All he did was talk crap about the half that didn't vote for him.
Always amazes me that trump maga types complain that the other candidate isn't unifying, or criticizes those that support his opponent. Esepcially on the anniversary on the January 6 insurrection incited by trump. Biden's speech was perhaps the best he has ever delivered. It spoke to the sheer danger of his opponent. There is nothing President Biden could say or do that will move maga types to vote for him anyway. Instead, it was targeted to galvanize Democrats and those true independents. The fact that your feelings were hurt the speech proves it was on the mark.
I thought he was well spoken and it was one of his better speeches. And you are right, it was meant to galvanize his base. I appreciate the feedback.
