The part where he brings up if he was American is unnecessary & clearly alot other things. Alot of SOF truly feel this way
I was watching Detroit broadcast and those guys are drooling over Alperen. However one comment was exceptional. They called him All-Around human, after he made sure the little girl on sidelines is OK.
It will be the first and the last time I share something here for Turkish speakers, but that video summed up the Jalen-Sengun duo perfectly for yesterday's game.

There are 24 players in the all-star game. Most advanced statistics confirm the eye test: Alperen Sengun is the Rockets' best player - our franchise player - and should play in the all-star game. He is comfortably in the top 20 in all the most important advanced statistical categories, including the defensive statistical categories.
https://watchreplay.net/pistons-vs-rockets-january-1-2024/20244/ Pistons game with Pistons commentary. On the third quarter, they go full-on Sengunatics mode. Some players mentioned in their comparisons are Hakeem, Giannis, Jokic
I wonder if Clutch is ever going to eat his crow about this. Dude had a couple bad games and Clutch popped back up to try and dunk on the kid, gets real quiet when Sengun goes HAM.
Would Sengun be an all star if Sabonis gets selected? I think that is his main competition, I find it unlikely both getting in.
I really do not think Jackson was a skeptic. I listen to him every day. And he has always been fair to Sengun. He has also been asking for a more Sengun centric offense for a long time.
Lol of which 4-5 players would not even see beyond 5 minutes......it is more socializing and networking weekend.... Someone like Westbrook will steal the show with being ultra competitive in an exhibition game most likely a guard or small forward......it is boring ... 70% of the time the Americans are playing amongst themselves. Freak is the only one running and dunking but a lot less. Jokic was being isolated while averaging like 11 minutes.....not many are passing him the ball....I would think Alperen is more lively....not many are passing to him. The All Star Game is pretty bad for Euro players.....they are not doing anything than standing around and doing lay up drills.
Is that all this guy posts? Seems like a total muppet. The front office gets no credit for trading for Sengun and bringing him along with instruction on how to improve on defense and NBA reads? 100% of Sengun's development is credited to him only? They're doing the same thing with Cam Whitmore. They threw Jalen Green out to run free from day 1 and where has that gotten him? And I type this as a Fertitta hater.
If you watch Clutch in RocketsWatch (or whatever it's called) he's pretty positive towards Sengun. I think his relative silence on Clutchfans is what has painted this perception. I miss the Clutch-Bima podcasts and stuff. Maybe we need another one of those for Clutch to set the record straight on his opinion. Way better than opening the screaming portal to Twitter hell that is Rockets Watch and millennial Rockets Twitter co-hosts.
Is it really a "jumper" when you don't jump to shoot it? But yeah, the middie is important. If he gets his range to the 3pt line, than he will be one of the best offensive players in the league.
Same goes for JG, Bari and Tari. To be fair... JC, Usman and TyTy. FO, regardless of why, looks a bit on that.
