Gorsuch can vote for upholding his case while Roberts shuffle around some justices like a shell game to eek out a 5-4 ruling for Trump.

Usually he's the 4th vote for the bigger reverse decisions to make it look close.

States rights has always only been a way to overrule the majority, all the way back to the Civil War. Nobody gets worked up about states rights in the abstract. Its only ever important when the Federal government disagrees with you on a contested subject. Then is is the most important issue ever.

not only are they trying to remove the weakest candidate, they are doing so in a blatantly anti democratic manner. when they said democracy was on the ballot they were actually being truthful

Conservative Legal Icon, J. Michael Luttig said
the Colorado SC’s decision to boot Trump from the ballot will “stand the test of time.”

Conservative retired former federal Judge J. Michael Luttig and former Obama-era acting Solicitor General Neil Katyal on Tuesday, in separate interviews, explained why they think
Donald Trump’s likely appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court against his removal from the presidential primary ballot in Colorado will fail.

Imagine the precedent that is being set by removing someone from the ballot for a crime in which they have not been convicted or even charged. None of the bogus indictments against Trump even accuse him of "insurrection". Anyone who condones this is setting our legal system back centuries. Anyone could be removed for any accusation at all. Awful.

Luttig is a Trump hater who the networks run to every chance they get to try to create the false appearance of bipartisan support for their Trump attacks. Kinda surprised that even you didn't know that by now.
