The Knicks are just terrible. They should be contracted out of the league. Sure, they might get the 6-8 seed for the next few years, but is there another team that is locked into mediocrity for as long as NYK is? At least with terrible teams you have high draft picks.

If both the Rockets and Knicks are offering the minimum, which team would be the better situation for Clark (and more likely for him to sign with)? I'd still love to have him and/or Mutombo.
