    on paper we actually matchup pretty well against them? we have length and strength to guard giannis.

    I wondered how Lillard fares against Fred:

    Damian Lillard has averaged 26.0 points, 6.8 assists and 3.3 rebounds in 9 games versus Fred VanVleet in his career with a 48% FG.

    Fred VanVleet has averaged 15.6 points, 5.9 assists and 4.1 rebounds in 9 games versus Damian Lillard in his career with a 44% FG.

    5-4 record to Fred's favor in 9 games between the two.

    We beat the 2023 champions 3 times (2 at home and 1 on road) ,we can beat the 2021 champs once.

    Now the 2022 champs….hmmm

    it would be the front court, but I wouldn't be surprised if Dillon gets a turn on him as well. And possibly guys like Tate / Tari, digging at him, when he posts up or drive.

    Historically speaking, Giannis' field goal percentage is among the lowest against teams like Celtics, Heat and Raptors. Good news for us; we have some of those BOS coaches, and while we don't have the Raptor's Kawhi, FVV was in those locker rooms when they did Nurse' game plans against MIL. I'm looking forward to how our defense will do (good or bad).

    Don't be scared of the Bucks. Sure, they score a trillion points but they have their lapses on the defensive side. Jalen and Alpi can't start slow.
    I think it's close throughout the 4th but Giannis and the other dude get the whiste at home.

    The starters have to play better than they have last 3 games. They did thankfully end the game well last night though.

    Also again I will say that at some point we will need Cam up. We are fantastic defensively, but offense is also a part of the game. We are 24th in offensive rating and if Sengun isn't dominating we are in trouble. Either we need Jalen to step back up (and even then we need one more guy).

    Amen can be the spark we need too and helps us rest FVV. Cam's shooting seems to be needed. And not sure how much I value the G League as a developmental option
