Honestly he's a perfect backup to Sengun. Can probably handle backup centers and isn't a terrible passer. Like a much better Jock Landale.

NBA can piss down your back and call it rain and you believe it.....I don't fall for it anymore.

If I told people I wanted the Rockets to go get DeAngelo Russell, Mo Bamba, Rui Hachimaui
before the trade deadline last year.....people here would have blasted me that we didn't
have enough to get one of those guys.

But somehow the Lakers used crappy Horton-Tucker and lame picks to get all 3.
League trying to help LeBron get six rings or more to pass Michael Jordan.

    Pathetic.

Thread last year asked if we should tank for Wemby ( around November ) : I said no,
the league would never let us have Jabari Smith and Wemby. Same with OKC with
    Chet and Wemby.

Member here replied, Spurs would get him because of Tony Parker and Diaw.
I said no, Portland as a means of making Dame happy. Reward him for not
jumping ship like all the stars do, nowadays.

Day or two later I posted to that member he might be right. After thinking about
it, I could see the league giving the Spurs that they once in a generation talent.
Good bye gift to Pops as he transitions into retiring, Becky Hammonds comes back
and becomes the first female head coach. That the NBA loves it's narratives and
    story lines.

I told that individual he was probably right, but it would be too obvious.
I was sticking with Portland first.....but Spurs would be my second option
to land Wemby. Nobody can convince me that the lottery is not rigged.

I've hinted for years that I think the NBA is rigged......this past draft proved it
to me. It's impossible to accurately predict player stats or team success
if the NBA powers to be are scripting things.

Those that bet should not go by basketball terms; but by trying to predict
script writing BS. Dillon Brooks was a bad pickup, but great for pushing the
narrative of "My Favorite Team," as the heel in this basketball version
of Pro Wrestling. For every hero in Pro Wrestling, they have a heel.
Guess we are the iron sheik now or the Great Kabuki.

Good vs Evil.......let this year, in Hero vs Evil, we will come up short.
They need the Rockets to be competitive otherwise dudes will put
playing pickup games at the local park until 11 at night. Instead people
will be saying, no I got to get home. The Rockets are better this year
and I want to see my favorite team beat them. And like in NASCAR,
maybe there will be a wreck.....or in this case, hopefully (insert name of star)
will punch Dillon Brooks lights out in the final minutes.

    Continued

NBA has tracking cameras above the court.

    1) When the NBA stops saying that the game balls no longer have advanced
technology devices in their "Specs (specifications)"

    and

    2) no longer call it, "Sports Entertainment," and call it the truth, the whole truth,
and nothing but the truth so help me God league......then i will believe its legit.
