Not making much of it but he was averaging 1 dunk per game all season. It's been 2 games in a row that he hasn't had an Alpi dunk. Also 2 games in a row the assistant on the bench rubs him down with gloves before the tipoff. Icy hot?

Jalen is WNBA talent

 

Guys you know it was Jalen Ime wanted to coach when he came here. Ime saw the talent. Ime was even trying to get Lopez here instead of playing Sengun as a starter. If you think Ime is going to give up on Jalen because he is struggling think again.

Ime is really just seeing who can hoop out there right now while trying to win.

Ime just now finding out Tari and bari are a problem and giving bari the ball more

i trust ime is going to get EVERYONE playing well together when he figures sh*t out.

took Celtics half a season to get it.

I didn’t say I put raisins in potato salad, that’s just what Jalen’s jumper looks like lol

that or unseasoned chicken breast that’s still raw in the middle…that resembles Jalen’s jumper right now

every time Jalen shoots, I do the sign of the cross and get to begging for the ball to go in…the struggles are hard to watch

when he drives, I hope for the best, but expect the miss…or turnover

I hope he turns it around and can be consistent soon

 

How many non-NBA talents u see averaging 22, 4, and 4 on 54% TS in their second season, even on the sorriest of teams?

Jalen might not be great right now, but not even being a NBA level talent? C’mon man, stop

 

Did you guys know that raisins were grapes at one point? Not many people know that.

 

I'm just so frustrated with Jalen this season. I gave him a pass the past 2 seasons with Silas. I'll stop

he could probably average 22-23 ppg right now with more shot attempts on a bad team, but it doesn’t look like he’s improved his game at all on the offensive side of the ball…his defense is better, but we drafted him to put points on the board

 

I know everyone hates Jalen but this boy hasnt had good coaching since he was born. Tari, Bari, Sengun, Cam have all had real coaches in college and overseas. Jalen probably has no idea what Ime is even talking about most of the time. it's going to take A LOT of time.

tari, with no bag, just gets **** done because he knows fundamental bball.

I'm in no rush, but I know that money coming up so..

i feel bad for him.

 

I wanted so badly to see something like a 22/4/4 season with decent efficiency…I don’t think that’s out of the question, but it’s looking less and less likely as of now.

I wish for him to capitalize on those flashes, but it’s always two steps forward, one and a half steps back

 

Jalen can't make shiit right now.

i thought he looked good early but the misses kept piling up and his confidence disapearred.

 

You may have figured it out. Landale clearly isn’t playing like they expected him to when they signed him. Let’s hope it’s “not yet” and not a season long problem. Uncle Jeff, on the other hand, has been outstanding, but he’s carrying some years.

 

I was wondering if Sengun’s nursing an injury. He hasn’t been moving as quickly or explosively the last few games and even his shooting touch looks off.

 

He’s got to find a way to get to the line to get out of these little funks, I know he doesn’t get the best whistle but he’s been good at drawing fouls throughout his career so far and I don’t get why he's just not being as aggressive (besides the confidence thing which you already pointed out)
