What is this? Cam played 10+ mins once ofc he will look worse than Jaime during the games he plays 3 minutes. Wiping your ass takes more than 3 minutes. Green is being used as number 1 option for 3 years despite being sh.t (only because he's a 2nd overall pick). Give Cam the same amount of time we have a reliable shooting guard. Btw we still could have won today had we kept playing through Sengun in the 3rd quarter. We didn't we gave Jalen the ball and he played well because they were in foul trouble but i will never act like some inconsistent shot chucker is our savior. What do you do when you pay Sengun the Max - do you make Green the same offer or do you make him a RFA and let other teams overbid and be forced into an uncomfortable decision? Green is an enigma - he is probably never going to be the superstar we hoped he would be, but he may become an efficient scorer, the problem for the Rox is how to get him happy with a lower contract so he doesn't stop the team from being able to pay the better players. All I have ever said is that moving Jalen for the crap you would get back for him right now is stupid. We have 2 years to decide what we want to pay him and right now he is part one of the best starting units in basketball and is improving in most aspects of his game. He needs to get consistent as does Jabari, but he is integral to our team right now.
We saw Jalen's development get wasted for 2 years under Silas. Can you imagine what things would look like with Cam if he was under Silas?

Cam would be ruined. He would be chucking shots left and right- beaten on defensive assignments and he and Porter would have their hands on each others necks fighting over who is at fault for being terrible. Cam is really lucky to be with Udoka. I am not sure that Pop would have the patience.
If Green is getting offered a max contract, that means he’s playing near all star level, and scouts and teams are lining up to swipe him from the rockets. So your position is that even if he’s playing as a max worthy level guy, you don’t like his style of play because he has too many off games as a 21 year old, trying to get NBA strength while not losing his athleticism? The problem here is he is advocating for Cam Whitmore who is 19 and will prob be even more inconsistent than Jalen Green.
What do you mean not in GLeague? Jalen also played well in GLeague and he did it a year younger than Cam. If Jalen played in GLeague at Cams's age who knows he Might have outplayed Cam by now.
