he is closer to 22. At his age Tmac and Kobe were best players in the league. He may be good but he wont be that good as I thought he would be.... He would find ways to impact game consistently with the tools he already has. Bulking up wont change everything just improve finishing but he still will get the **** blocked with straight line drives and jumping into 7 footers doing finesse ****

    Agree with the bold.

I think Silas set the team back from a development standpoint, but Alpi had the same coach as Jalen for just as long as Jalen. And Alpi was treated worse. Ballers are gonna ball.

Alpi went and added that mid range dirk one leg shot to his game and he hits it at a good rate.
I really can't think of a reliable skill that Jalen has added since he's been here. Looks bigger and stronger, but skill wise he looks like the same prospect that was in the Gleague.

There was a strong anti-Australian sentiment in the crowd last night. It's weird how the commentating team never mentioned it.

Is it possible to still make the playoffs if we lose all our road games but win our home ones, thoughts?

It was "No Perv Night" at TC. Everybody was given a can of pepper spray and a Josh Kiddey urinal cake.

That booing of Giddey was ridiculous, embarrassing even.

Giddey is lucky he plays here and not in Europe where a clever and witty chant would've been made about his affinity for underage girls.

I don't hate him. I just think the trolls calling him a superstar, and the best player on the team are annoying. We have a great group of players who all contribute in ways that work well. We have young guys who will get better and better. It's exciting to watch. Jalen has a whole lot of potential, but no, his shooting performance isn't on line with star guards. Compared to all shooting guards he ranks 65 in FG% and 73 in 3PT%. Brooks ranks 17 in FG% and Holiday and Brooks rank 17th and 19th in 3PT % out of all SG in the league.

Jalen needs to improve his shooting %. He's young, and should get much better, but we have guys shooting better right now on this team. Jabari is the one I'm most impressed with. He's actually making huge strides. He's gone from 40.8 to 50.5 FG% and 30.7 to 36.6 3PT% from last year to this year. Green went from 41.7 to 42.4 FG% and 33.8 to 34.9 3PT% from last year to this year. It's progress, but he has a long way to go to be called a superstar. That being said, I don't think Jalen needs to be taking more shots. I also think Fred needs to take less shots. His 3PT% is better than Jalen's, but his FG% isn't good.

Still stand by it...Green has way higher ceiling than SGA. He and Ime still haven't figured out a way to get him in spots to be successful. Too many turnovers yesterday but a more efficient game. Wish he learned to have a craftier game when teams with a solid rim protector are clogging the paint and he can't torpedo his way into the paint.

The crowd should go easy on Landale. He’s tried his best.

Pretty good win, although we had way too many TOs tn, felt like especially the young guys (Jalen, Jabari, Sengun) couldn't hold on to the ball for whatever reason. Holiday and Brooks playing well is what saved us. I liked our defense a lot until the end of the 4th quarter basically.

He uses the behind the back dribble now more than ever but that is about it.

I think there was a floater in his second year but you do not see that often now.

Good thing there is no modern Jordan, but Anthony Edwards is gonna be a modern superstar.

Well, then that's probably a good thing for the team moving forward. We saw last night how important it is to have guards who are capable of hitting 3's.

I am not a fan of our own crowd booing our own players, period.
But how hard he has tried is irreverent.
Either he is up to the task, or not.

3 major technical issues with Jalen,

    1) very weak dribbler going left and overall not strong dribble against contact. way too many turnovers due to the weak handle
    2) he also can't or refuses to pass with his left hand
    3) he launches way to early to finish at the rim so makes it difficult to find a pass when surrounded by collapsing defense. if he kept his dribble he'd have a much easier time at finding an kick out instead of hanging and contorting trying to finish or pass.

ALL of those should be fixed in the lab, during summer offseason. He's had several and that concerns me.

Way higher ceiling than SGA? Damn. I hope he ever reaches level SGA is now on. But right now he looks like he is a couple years away from being on the level SGA was in his third season.

Thunder takeaways: How the Rockets stifled OKC’s offense - OKC Perspective

“I just thought throughout, they were the better team,” Daigneault told reporters in Houston. “They outplayed us tonight. We have to tip our hat to them, learn some lessons from it, go to practice tomorrow, get better and be a better team on Friday.”

So it’s not a big surprise that the Thunder’s offense “had a hard time generating rhythm,” as Daigneault put it.
But the degree to which OKC struggled was a little shocking.
The Rockets made seven 3-pointers in the fourth quarter. The Thunder made eight the entire game, in 29 attempts.

But it wasn’t just the shots Houston made that stood out to Daigneault. It was the kind the Rockets created.
They created advantages, got OKC “behind the ball,” Daigneault said, and took advantage of the Thunder’s scrambling to find open shooters.
