Nico on pace for 1400 and 9 TDs. Thats easily WR 1 production, I kinda think he’s still underrated even amongst Texans fans. Probably has to do with some consistency/injury issues, but his measurable’s are actually insane. When he’s going off he looks like Randy Moss out there.
He's going to need to keep it going, since his buddy is out for the year. Hopefully, Brown (gets healthy) or Metchie steps up.
I think he could be better than Cupp (who has been washed for years) , Maybe Andre. He isnt matching Moss or Calcin
CJ has literally made fools out of every single person here. For different reason. Not wanting CJ, not wanting the trade up for WAJ to use our pick because it was gonna be top 5, not thinking Nico is a good WR, etc. I feel like every fan, whether they want to admit it or not, has at least one take that they now feel differently about because of what this kid has done. That is more than just being a QB, that’s a star who affects the entire team. And it’s awesome. ** I have at least 4 takes I now completely disagree with myself**
Not me. I bought in on the excitement this off season unencumbered by recent disappointments. But I get the different takes. 1. Hopium 2. Fear 3. Expectation 4. Dementia - You mean we aren't facing Joe Namath?
I remember a film study from a game last year saying that Nico was constantly getting separation on routes. But it was the QB's fault not getting the ball to him. That he was being wasted more than busting. That ended up being right, with having a good qb & coaching. 1300 yards in 15 games is still even exceeding expecations. Credit to team & Nico for staying with it
