my point wasn't that Hakeem couldn't win in this league. It was that if he averaged 40 a game he wouldn't win. People who say Jordan would average 50 I have the same argument. It doesn't matter how many points one person can score anymore because that's not a recipe for success in todays nba. Especially if they aren't taking threes. Look how we let Jokic score 40 and beat him by 20. They would have to get their shooters involved play more team ball or they'd get run off the court. That's all I'm saying.

Jabari and Jalen get too much heat in these boards. They are both serviceable and have potential. This is the first year they have decent coaching in pros. Alpi was MVP of one of the best leagues in Europe as an 18 y.o. I have no idea what his ceiling is but he is skilled beyond his years.
Don't be dramatic. Sengun is not 1000 times better than Green and Smith. And does Denver have a problem when their second round pick is 10 times better than everyone else on the team?
I don't understand this " $50.000 per tuition" exageration. If Rockets pay half a million per game to FVV, 50K per session to hakeem is a bargain.
I was expecting him to be ranked between 35 and 45. ESPN idiots even did not rank him within first 100 and also as a near missed prospect, just outside of 100 strong list. You can understand if someone ranked him 25, 40, 52, 58 but not within 100? Tragic. What is worse is these clowns make money from this trade. Tragicomic.

It was funny, the only jersey I ever saw was a Green or FVV one when I was just over there in Houston. Granted, I didn't go to many places (or the team shop), but I was fully expecting to pick up a Sengun jersey from one of the sporting stores. Walked away disgusted at them only offering me Green. NOPE. I'd rather a Stromile Swift jersey. Stop trying to make Jalen happen. It's quite bloody obvious he's not capable of happening.
I am trying to buy one of those H-TOWN jerseys however I think Alpi’s jerseys are sold out rather than them trying to force others. Maybe one of the people who go to games at Toyota Center can comment on it. It is not unlikely that folks already have Green jerseys and buying Alpi jerseys this season due to his performance.
