hehe, I thought you run the realgm website JV. Don't you need a good computer for that? Anyhow, Jeff got like 7 seconds of airtime saying how he was happy yadda yadda it's good etc. The thing is that the new arena's parking garage is gonna be where one of this guy's warehouse stores is. I think it's a clothes store. Anyhow, the city said the Rockets have the right to build there and close the shop down because it was condemed or something? Sounds fishy though, kinda like they got some standard that could force any shop to close. Well, the Rockets are offering compensation and he said it's not fair value and the rocks say it is...maybe he should hire Fegan. ------------------

Yeah know what .... if you would like to really investigate this stuff do two things: 1. Look up the date the downtown arena venue and specific location was finalized. 2. Look up the date this property owner cleared the condemned order and "established a thriving business therein". Simply compare the dates and the answer is at hand. Who is attempting to take advanatge of who????? ------------------
