Scott Foster the same ref who did games with Tim Donaghy. The same Tim Donaghy who has proven to fix professional NBA games and alter game outcomes kudos to being so highly rated and wanting him to be one of the main faces of your ref pool in the NBA. That says more about how sorry af all the other refs are and we've seen plenty of it
