I think he’s referring to the common outcome in domestic violence cases where the abused woman ends up defending her abuser/not wanting to press charges for whatever reasons(money/belief he still loves her and won’t do it again). Nothing to do with race. “Always” probably isn’t the term he should have used. It’s common, but clearly not “always” that an abused woman defends her abuser.

In these cases with rich guys, it’s happened every time as far as i know. Granted i don’t follow it closely but with athletes the woman has always come out and defended the abuser. Just how it goes, sadly

Assuming this is true and he specifically targeted this girl knowing she is a minor, it is both morally repugnant and (given his stature) unbelievably stupid.
