It doesn't matter. These are all details. Hamas is evil and needs to be eradicated, and they need to do what they can to at least save some of the hostages. In any case, if doctors claim this hospital wasn't controlled by Hamas, they are lying.
Hamas is not responsible for Israeli settlers abusing palestinians and Israel occupying the West Bank. Hamas may be a disgusting terror organization but Netanyahu and his lovely troops have killed more palestinian civilians in 1.5 month than what Russia has managed to kill civilians during their whole invasion. Responding with pure brutality towards civilians that are already living in pure misery is not what a democratic country should turn to.
