I'll let the case play out. Supposedly there is video evidence of the hallway and subsequent interactions. Im sure there are photos of the battered woman that can be shown to a jury. This is no longer a Kysre v KPJ issue as the state has picked up the charges and has grossly mishandled critical aspects of this case none more shocking and concerning than misquoting on purpose and creating a false perception of the accounts that were to have happened. The woman comes out and gives yet another statement that backs up a solitary incident that was not as violent as had been portrayed and nobody can believe her? Domestic violence does have an abusive cycle I agree with that, but that idea is being tossed around indiscriminately HERE by people who assume to know more than they do.
Why did she go into hiding after the incident? Why didn’t she IMMEDIATELY clear things up? She really wants people to believe that she sat there and told investigators, nothing happened, I’m not pressing charges, he didn’t touch me, I simply fell… And they said, naw screw that…and went ahead and proceeded to charge and arrest him…the whole time knowing that the “victim” (and only person who could speak to what he actually did) would publicly refute their case. Yeah right. She better choose her words carefully and watch how she proceeds or she is going to find herself in hot water. If she flat out lies to police at any point, in NY she can be charged with a felony.
Uuuuh, the media painted a very bad picture and being escorted in hand cliffs to jail is pretty damning so it was easy to take a side on this from an outsiders perspective. The woman didn't go to the hospital because she stubbed her toe.
I note some folks on here tend to keep thinking about folks that are no longer on our team. Even if kpj is an innocent man he is gone, he doesn't play for us anymore let it go. Man was holding us back when he was here and our team is clearly better without his cancerous presence. Folks are still spamming the threads regarding Watson and Harden, folks who aren't with our respective houston teams any longer. Move on.
I'd ask you the same question, why the high emotional investment in exonerating KPJ? Why not just be silent and await the results? You've said your piece, 1000 times, now we'll know if it was correct or not. Not seeing the downside with that approach.

No according to her she had an argument fell off the bed, hit her head on the wall, and cut it open, and there is blood on the wall to backup her story, this is all in the video - no one apparently is interested in what SHE has to say...they all have their minds made up by preconditioned bias... You are all eliminated from being on a jury. I FIRMLY believe in innocence until proven guilty and HATE the social media society we have become - the victims are our safe society with everyone running around with cameras getting half the story and making judgements. It is damaging to what our forefathers wanted as a country - and it is damaging to us as a society. I don't know what happened in that room, she could be telling the truth, she could be lying - it is frankly NONE of my business and it is NONE of anyone elses.....which I guess is my point. She made it our business........just like Jada Pinkett made it our business talking about her entanglement.....mic dropped. If someone wants the public to know what happened and what she thought of KPJ, that becomes news or what is called newsworthy....(although it is not exciting news) You spam this thread feigning that it is none your business but you keep showing up for your KPJ.
